12.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Colombian law and the courts of Colombia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear all disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions. As an exception to this, we may also bring actions in other courts having jurisdiction.
